Cyber greetings! I am Dave Aardappel, owner and founder of Alpha Mentor Coach. In my career spanning over 30 years, I have developed a passion to help people expand their potential.

• As a psychotherapist, I have worked with individuals, couples and families to help them solve problems and better their situations.
• As an executive of a 12-million-dollar organization with 400 employees, I helped managers and others develop their leadership skills and stretch their capabilities. In addition, I led a complete change of culture within the region. I know the struggles of budgets, bottom line and human resources.
• As a public speaker I have led numerous workshops plus keynotes and talks that have received hearty reviews.
• I have been active on boards of directors and service organizations and know the importance of giving back to the community.

I also know the importance of having a life beyond work and the necessity of being able to play hard too.

• I am Wisconsin's First Folksinger…alphabetically, and a member of the recording and performing group, Two Fun Guys and an Accountant (anything from folk to bluegrass to classical).
• As Mice-Trow the Clown, I am the world's poorest juggler, but am one of the few people who can make a Harley-Davidson from a single balloon.
• As the Grand Sheik of the Hog Wild Tent of the Sons of the Desert - the International Laurel and Hardy Appreciation Society - I know the healing power of laughter.
• As a husband of 33 years (to the same woman!) and father of two successful adult children, I know the work it takes to make relationships blossom. It is not a matter of chance or luck. What we gain from a loving home life makes so much more possible for us.
